July 21, 1997 Council adopted Resolution 97-221, which amended Resolution No. 94-46, to limit the
speaking time of Council Members to three minutes until the Mayor and all other
Council Members have had an opportunity to speak.
Recommended Motion:
Repeal Resolution 97-221.
