Victoria Elementary is part of the Redlands School District
and is located on Richardson Street in the east end of the
third ward. There are 18 different languages spoken at
Victoria Elementary. They are a wonderful example of the
diversity of our city and they will be singing . . . .
Terrace View Elementary is part of the Colton School
district. Terrace View is a performing arts magnet school.
Councilman Brinker's children attended Terrace View
through the districts magnet school program. Terrace view
students will be singing. . . .
Bobbie Lopez is and 81" grader at Frisbie Middle School in
Rialto where Councilman Brinker teachers. Approximately
20% of the students at Frisbie middle School live in the 3"1
ward. Bobbie will be singing the National Anthem.
