Synopsis of Previous Council Action: On March 20, 1996 the Mayor and Common Council approved Resolution
No. 96-66 amending Resolutions Nos. 88-140, 89-510 and 93-381 relating to the deferral of certain development fees.
Resolution 96-66 expired on April 1, 1997.

STAFF REPORT
Subject:
Approval of a Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
amending Resolution Nos. 88-140, 89-510 and 93-381 relating to the deferral of certain
development fees.
Recommendation:
That the Mayor and Common Council approve a Resolution amending Resolution Nos. 88-140,
89-510 and 93-381 relating to the deferral of certain development fees.
Background:
On March 20, 1996 the Mayor and Common Council approved Resolution No. 96-66 amending
Resolution Nos. 88-140, 89-510 and 93-381 relating to the deferral of certain development fees.
This Resolution expired on April 1, 1997 and the Planning and Building Services Department
is recommending that this be amended with a new expiration date of January 19, 1999. This
date will coincide with the expiration date on the corresponding ordinance amending Sections
13.08.055, 15.73.065 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code and Section 19.30.320 of the
Development Code which relate to the deferral of certain development fees.
Please refer to the staff report for the adoption of an ordinance amending Sections 13.08.055
and 15.73.065 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code, and Section 19.30.320 of the
Development Code, which are related to this resolution.
Financial Impact:
There is no financial impact to the City.
