2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
10.24.190, SUBSECTION B OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROHIBIT VEHICLES
3 EXCEEDING A MAXIMUM GROSS VEHICLE WEIGHT LIMIT OF OVER TEN
4 THOUSAND POUNDS UPON MERIDIAN AVENUE BETWEEN RIALTO AVENUE
AND 170 FEET NORTH OF 9TH STREET.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
6 BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION 1. Section 10.24.190, Subsection B, of the San Bernardino Municipal Code
8 is hereby amended to add the following street to those currently listed in Section 10.24.190,

Subsection B:

11 " Meridian Avenue between Rialto Avenue and 170 feet North of 9th Street."
