ORDINANCE NO. MC-1388
1 AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION
2 2.58.010 REGARDING COUNCIL MEETING START TIME.

4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
5 BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

7 Section 1. San Bernardino Municipal Code Section 2.58.010 (A) is hereby amended to read
8 as follows:

"2.58.010 Mayor and Common Council.

11 A. Regular meetings of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
12 shall be held on the first and third Mondays of each month commencing at two p.m.
13 (2:00 p.m.) for Closed Session and four p.m. (4:00 p.m.) for open session at the City
14
Council Chambers, City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California. If
15
said first or third Monday is a legal holiday, then said regular meeting shall be held
16
17 on the following day commencing at two p.m. (2:00 p.m.) for Closed Session and
18 four p.m. (4:00 p.m.) for open session."
