2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTER
10.52 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH A 40 M.P.H.
3 SPEED LIMIT ON NORTHPARK BOULEVARD BETWEEN CAMPUS PARKWAY
4 AND ELECTRIC AVENUE.
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

7 SECTION 1, Section 10.52.050 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code is hereby amended to
8 delete the following street from those streets currently listed in Section 10.52.050:
9 "10.52.050 Fifty miles per hour.
10 NORTHPARK BOULEVARD: Between University Parkway and Little Mountain
11 Drive."
12 SECTION 2. Section 10.52.030 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code is hereby amended to
13 delete the following street from those streets currently listed in Section 10.52.030:
14 "10.52.030 Forty miles per hour.

NORTHPARK BOULEVARD: Between Little Mountain Drive and Electric Avenue."

17 SECTION 3. Section 10.52.030 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code is hereby amended to
18 add the following street to those streets currently listed in Section 10.52.030:
19 "10.52.030 Forty miles per hour.
20 In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of Sections 22357, 22358, and 22360,
21 of the California Vehicle Code, the Mayor and Common Council do hereby determine and
declare upon the basis of an engineering and a traffic survey that a prima facie speed limit of
22 forty miles per hour shall be established upon the following streets or portions thereof in the
23 City:
NORTHPARK BOULEVARD: Between Campus Parkway and Electric Avenue."
