CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO - REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
SUBJECT: Set budget study session for February 18, 1999 at 9:00 a.m. in the E.D.A.
Board Room.
BACKGROUND: Each year, the Mayor and Common Council meet to consider the
status of the City's annual budget at mid-year. Both the City and the E.D.A. mid-year
budgets will be discussed at this meeting in order to provide a more comprehensive look
at the City's overall financial picture.
The study session setting will allow for more interaction and discussion than is possible
in the formal setting of the Council Chambers. The E.D.A. Board Room will
accommodate members of the public wishing to observe the session.
RECOMMENDATION: That the Mayor and Common Council set a budget study session
for Thursday, February 18, at 9:00 a.m. in the E.D.A. Board Room.
