2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTER
10. 52 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH SPEED
3 ZONES ON "E" STREET/KENDALL DRIVE BETWEEN THIRTIETH STREET AND
REVERE AVENUE.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
5 BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION 1 . Section 10 .52. 030 of the San Bernardino
7 Municipal Code is amended to read:
8 "10. 52 .030 FORTY MILES PER HOUR
J In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of
10 Sections 22357, 22358, and 22360, of the California Vehicle Code,
11 the Mayor and Common Council do hereby determine and declare upon
12 the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation that a
13 Prima Facie Speed Limit of Forty miles per hour shall be
14 established upon the following streets or portions thereof in the
15 City:
16 ARROWHEAD AVENUE: Between Esperanza Street and Rialto
17 Avenue; and between Highland Avenue and Kendall Drive.
18 ATLANTIC AVENUE: Between Palm Avenue and Cienega Court.
19 BASE LINE STREET: Between Medical Center Drive and 'H'
20 Street; and between Sierra Way and Del Rosa Avenue.
21 DEL ROSA AVENUE: Between Del Rosa Drive and Marshall
22 Boulevard.
23 'E' STREET: Between Century Avenue and Rialto Avenue;
24 and between Thirtieth Street and Kendall Drive.
25 ELECTRIC AVENUE: Between Fortieth Street and Northpark
26 Boulevard.
27 FIFTH STREET: Between Sierra Way and Waterman Avenue.
28 FORTIETH STREET: Between Acre Lane and Electric Avenue.

17 MIRAMONTE AVENUE: Between Twenty-Third Street and
18 Marshall Boulevard.
19 MOUNTAIN VIEW AVENUE: Between Victoria Street and Lupin
20 Lane.
21 NINTH STREET: Between Medical Center Drive and 'H'
22 Street; between Sierra Way and Waterman Avenue.
23 NORTHPARK BOULEVARD: Between Little Mountain Drive and
24 Electric Avenue.
25 PEPPER AVENUE: Between Mill Street and the north City
26 limits.
27 PERRIS HILL ROAD: Between Pacific Street and Twenty-

5 Fortieth Street and Forty-Eighth Street.
6 STERLING AVENUE: Between Highland Avenue and Pumalo
7 Street.
8 THIRD STREET: Between Sierra Way and Waterman Avenue.
9 THIRTIETH STREET: Between Little Mountain Drive and
10 Valencia Avenue.
11 TIPPECANOE AVENUE: Between the south City limits and San
12 Bernardino Avenue; and between Ninth Street and Base Line
13 Street.
14 VALENCIA AVENUE: Between Twenty-First Street and
15 Thirtieth Street.
16 VICTORIA AVENUE: Between Highland Avenue and Lynwood
17 Drive.
18 WATERMAN AVENUE: Between Highland Avenue and the State
19 Highway 30 east-bound off-ramp. "

21 SECTION 2. Section 10 .52. 050 of the San Bernardino
22 Municipal Code is amended to read:
23 "10. 52 .050 FIFTY MILES PER HOUR
24 In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of
