'II ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 3924 ENTITLED IN PART "ORDINANCE . . . DESIGNATING AND
PROHIBITING THE ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS IN THE HAMPSHIRE
FLOODING IMPACT AREA. . ."1 AND INCLUDING AN ADDITIONAL LOT IN
THE HAMPSHIRE FLOODING IMPACT AREA.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

I SECTION 1. Recitals.

,I (a) The Mayor and Common Council adopted Ordinance No. 3924
lion April 7, 1980, relating to the Hampshire Flooding Impact Area.
III (b) Since the ordinance was adopted, the City has
Idetermined that Lot 25 of Tract 6206 should be included in the

Hampshire Flooding Impact Area because of its location and
because it is subject to mudslides in the same manner as the
13

properties originally included in the Hampshire Flooding Impact

Area.

SECTION 2. Amendment. Ordinance No. 3924 of the City of
]7 san Bernardino is amended by substituting for Exhibit "A" and
18 Exhibit "B", respectively, attached to and incorporated in that
]9 ordinance, the documents identified as Exhibit "A" and Exhibit
20 "B" attached to this ordinance and incorporated in this ordinance
21 by this reference.

SECTION 3. urgency. This ordinance is an emergency and
23 urgency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
24 public peace, health or safety and shall go into effect
25 immediately upon its adoption and approval. The facts
26 constituting such emergency are as set forth in Sections 1 and 2
27 of Ordinance No. 3924.
