2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REPEALING ORDINANCE
NOS. 3757, 3758, 3800, AND 3859 CONCERNING THE FIXING OF THE TAX
3 RATES AND THE AMOUNT OF MONEY NECESSARY TO PAY INDEBTEDNESS AND
THE SELECTION OF THE METHOD OF TAX LEVYING AND COLLECTING DURING
4 THE YEARS 1978 AND 1979, WHICH HAVE BEEN SUPERSEDED BY ORDINANCE
NOS. 3961, 3962, 3904 AND 3961 RESPECTIVELY.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
6 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Ordinance Nos. 3757, 3758, 3800 and 3859 are
8 hereby repealed.
