2 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
3 OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. (PETITION NO.
1161, LOCATED AT 254 WEST SEVENTH STREET - NORTHEAST CORNER OF
4 THE INTERSECTION OF SEVENTH STREET AND ARROWHEAD AVENUE.)

SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which rec1ass-

ifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the City
8
of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is hereby
9

amended by adding thereto the real property described as follows:

PARCEL NO. EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN (Petition No. 1161)

All that real property situated in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:

That portion of Lot 2, Block 50 of the City
of San Bernardino, as per plat recorded in
Book 7 of Maps, page 1, records of said
County, described as follows:

Commencing at a point on the South line of
said Lot, 62.5 feet West of the intersection
of the South line of said Lot with the
Westerly line of what is known as Pearl
Street, said point being 87.5 feet West of
the Southeast corner of said Lot 2; running
thence North 149 feet and 9 inches to the
North line of 7th Street; thence East 52.5 feet
to the point of beginning.

Together with a right of ingress and egress
over a strip of land 10 feet wide on the West
side of said Lot.

zoning district to C-4 Central Business
