2 ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
3 OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. (PETITION NO.
1162, LOCATED AT 2032 NORTHMT. VIEW AVENUE.)

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
5 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which reclass-
7 ifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the
8 City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is
9 hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described as
10 follows:
11 PARCEL NO. EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT (Petition No. 1162)
12 All that real property situated in the City
of San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
13 State of California, described as follows:
14 Lots 37, 38, 39, 40, 41 and 42, Florence
Heights, as recorded in Book 17, Page 71,
15 Records of San Bernardino County.
