ORDINANCE k~ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1991 KNOWN AS THE "LAND
USE ZONING ORDINANCE"; RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND; AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP ACCORDINGLY. (PETITION NO.
1163, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF KENDALL DRIVE, APPROXIMATELY
1,000 FEET EAST OF PALM AVENUE.)
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1991 Section 27.2 which reclass-
ifies and rezones certain parcels of real property within the
City of San Bernardino and amends the zoning map accordingly is
hereby amended by adding thereto the real property described as
follows:
PARCEL NO. EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY-NINE (Petition No. 1163)
All that real property situated in the City
of ,San Bernardino, County of San Bernardino,
State of California, described as follows:
Irvington Land and Water Company portion lots
58 and 62 lying North of Kendall Avenue and
West 1/2 of Walnut Street adjacent on the
East and South 1/2 Cajon Avenue adjacent on
North and Olive Street vacated South of
centerline Cajon Avenue except portion of
Lot 62 and South 1/2 Cajon Avenue lying west
of a line parallel to and 965 feet East of
centerline of Palm Avenue measured along
Northerly line of Kendall Avenue except flood
control and also except that portion lying
Northeasterly of the San Bernardino County
Flood Control Channel.
(From R-3-3000 Multiple Family Residential land
use zoning district to MHP Mobile Home Park, 6
units to the net acre.)
Generally located on the north side of Kendall
Drive, approximately 1,000 feet East of Palm
Avenue.
The above change of zone is subject to the conditions
imposed by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino, at their meeting of September 8, 1980, as filed in the
