Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.5, following is a list of persons who were notified or were attempted to be notified of the Emergency Meeting: 1. Mayor Tom Minor 2. Councilmember Eddie Negrete 3. Councilmember F. J. Curlin, M.D. 4. Councilmember Ralph Hernandez 5. Councilmember David Oberhelman 6. Councilmember Jerry Devlin 7. Channel 3 - Frank Keller All calls to the above-referenced individuals were placed between 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. this morning. I am the Ci ty Administrator for the Ci ty of San Bernardino. 2. On August 10, 1994, Mayor Tom Minor called an emergency meeting of the Mayor, and Common Council to discuss an illegal job action by the San Bernardino Police Officers Association. 3. I talked to Councilmember Fred Curlin on the telephone to advise him of the meeting. 4. He said he was in the high Sierras and could not return. 5. He orally waived notice of the meeting and stated that he would confirm that waiver when he returned. I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
