Re: Guadalupe Homes
Dear Debbie and Brad:
This letter is to request that the Common Council's hearing on
Guadalupe Homes' appeal of the conditions imposed by the Planning
Commission on Parcel Map 11421 be continued to the meeting of the
Common Council on November 20, 1989. During recent meetings with
staff, we have been able to work out the conditions of a draft
development agreement. If the agreement is approved, Guadalupe
Homes will be able to withdraw its appeal.
We are also requesting that the development agreement be
scheduled for action by the Planning Commission at its meeting on
November 7, 1989 if the Planning Commission needs to take action
on the agreement. We are also requesting that the development
agreement be on the Common Council agenda for November 20th.
