Considered briefly at meeting of September 6, 1989.
Recommended motion:
That a Special Council Meeting be held on Saturday, October , 1989,
starting at 8:30 a.m., for the purpose of allocating bond refinancing
revenue for various expenditure categories within the 1989/90 Budget.
