May 20, 2008 - Mayor and Common Council set Budget Hearing Dates for FY 08-09 budget.
May 21, 2007 - Mayor and Common Council set Budget Hearing Dates for FY 07-08 budget
Recommended Motion:
That the Mayor and Common Council set budget workshop dates for June 3, 9, 16,24, 29th at 4:00
p.m. in the Economic Development Agency Boardroom to review the Fiscal Year 2009/2010 City and
Economic Development Agency Budgets.

Set Budget Workshop Dates for FY 2009/20 I 0 budget.
Back2round:
Each year, the Mayor and Common Council hold a series of meetings to review the proposed
City and Economic Development Agency budgets.
The following dates and times are proposed for this year's deliberations regarding the FY
2009/2010 City and EDA budgets:
Wednesday, June 3
Tuesday, June 9
Tuesday, June 16
Wednesday, June 24
Monday, June 29 (If necessary)
The meetings will be held in the EDA Board Room at 4:00 p.m. and will be televised.

Recommendation:
That the Mayor and Common Council set the FY 2009/2010 budget workshop dates.
