DESCRIPTION) Finance: Council Notes: Agenda Item No. 'ih CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO - REQUE~l' FOR COUNCIL AC1".ON STAFF REPORT On May 16, 1988 Mayor and Council approved a year-to-date and multi-year dog licensing program. This had previously been approved by the Legislative Review Committee. At the time this was presented to the Mayor and Council at the public hearing, an ordinance had not been prepared. The changes were incorp- orated in the cat licensing proposal that was~approved by Mayor and Council on August 15, 1988. Since an amendment was not made to delete cats from the proposed ordinance, the ordinance must be resubmitted at this time. Respectfully Submitted, --.AJ .) (/'J.LUI~~J,/..{ 'tJ,:i-<;r> DEBORAH L.
