The department requested the vacant position of Real Property Engineer be retitled
to Real Property Supervisor and changed from the Management Group to the Middle-
Management Group.
The Council Personnel Committee recommended approval of this action at their
meeting of September 8, 1988.

ADDING THE POSITION OF REAL PROPERTY SUPERVISOR EFFECTIVE

6 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Resolution No. 10584, Section 17.6, Sub-
8 section (A) is amended to read as follows:
9 n(A) Middle-Management employees, as defined in
Section 3 hereof, shall include those individuals per-
10 forming the functions or occupying the positions as listed
below and are a part of the Middle-Management Group:
