STAFF REPORT
The movement of the Data System Operator and the placement of the Data Processing
Coordinator in the Confidential Unit will give the Data System Manager more flexi-
bility in scheduling and provide for faster response to department requests.
The Council Personnel Committee recommended approval of this action at their
meeting of September 8. 1988.
