ION STAFF REPORT section 186 of the City Charter sets forth the procedure for annually determin- ing the salaries for Safety employees of the Police and Fire Departments. In accordance with Section 186, the salary adjustments to be effective 8/1/88 have been determined and are set forth in the amendment to Resolution 6429. For your additional information, percentage and dollar increases at the top step are noted below. PLAN FOR OFFICERS AND/OR DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY OF 5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 2 3 4 6 SECTION 1.
