The salary difference is $400jmonth and can be funded out of the department's current budget. The new position would report to the Director of Personnel and supervise the following positions: Personnel Clerk I - 2 positions Personnel Clerk II - 2 positions Personnel Assistant - 1 position These 5 positions plus the vacant Personnel Assistant posi- tion now report to the two Personnel Analysts. The advantages of this change include: 1.
