AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING Tlill GhAD~ OF L STHEET FR01l THE
NORTH LINE Ob' KINGMAN STREi'lT TO TIm HORTH LEE OF EIGHTH 3THEET.
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
do ordain as follows:
The grade of L street from the north line of Kingman Street
to the north line of I<Jighth Street is hereby established. as
follows:
At the top of the curb line at the northeast corner of the
intersection of L Street and Kingman Street the grade shall be
1084.2.
At the top of the curb line at the northwest corner of the
intersection of L Street and Kingman street the grade shall be
1084.6.
At the top of the curb line at the southeast corner of the
intersection of L Street and Fifth street. the grade shall be
1087.4 as now established.
At the top of the curb line at the southwest corner of the
intersection of L Street and Fifth Street, the grade shall be 1087.6
as now established.
At the top of the curb line at the northwest corner of the
intersection of L Street and Fifth Street the grade shall be
1088.0, as now established.
At the top of the curb line at the northeast cGrner of the
intersect~on of L Street and Fifth Street the grade shall be
1087.8. as now established.
At the top of the curb line at the southeast corner of the
intersection of L Street and Spruce Street the grade shall be
1090.2, as now established.
At the top of the curb line at the southwest corner of the
intersection of L Street and S~ruce Street the grade shall be
1090.5, as now established.

At all points at right angles with the curb line the grade

At the curb line, the grade to the gutter line shall be at
all points ten inches below the top of the curb.
At all points the grade of the center line of the street

shall be ", tenth' of a foot above a mean between the top of
the curb taken at right angles.
The grade of the street between described points shall be a
straight line.
All elevations refer to the top of the curb are in feet and
above a plane which is 1045.28 feet below the city' bench mark
as established by Ordinance No. 348 of the City of San Bernard-
ino.
The San Bernardino Daily Sun is hereby designated as !the
daily newspaper published and circulated in the city of San
Bernardino in which this ordinance shall be published.
