An ordinance establishing the grade of Norton Street from
the west line of H Street to the east line of I Street.
The )layor and COlllll1On Council of the City of San Bernardino

do ordain as follows:
The grade of Norton Street from the west line of H Street
to the east line of I Street 11 1I.ere'by estaliUifhllld-a. follows:
At the top of the curb line at the southwest corner of the
intersection of H Street and Norton Street the grade shall be

1084.88.
At the top of the curb line at the northwest corner of the
intersection of H Street and Norton Street the grade shall be
1085.35.
At the top of the curb line at the southeast corner of the

intersectian of Borton Street and I ~treet the grade shall be

1090.1 as now established.
At the top of the curb line at the northeast corner of the
intersection of Norton street and I ~tr.et the grade shall be
1090.4 as DOW established.
At all points at right angles with the curb line the grade

at the property line shall be and one-half inches higher
than the grade at the curb line.
At the curb line, the grade to the gutter line shall be at
all points ten inches below the top ot the curb.
At all points, the grade of the center line of the street

The San Bernardino Daily Sun is hereby designated as the

daily newspaper published and circulated in the city of San
Bernardino in which this ordinance shall be published.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Ordin-
ance and shall cause the same to be published in the said San
Bernardino Daily Sun by insertions thereof in three consecutive
i..ue. ot the said San Bernardino Daily Sun.
I hereby certity that the foregoing Ordinance was adopted
