City of Alameda, et aI., Los Angeles County Superior Court, Case No. BC 462270 ("Sipple"). On June 29, 2011, the Mayor and Common Council adopted the City Attorney's Office budget, which included only $81,000.00 for outside counsel, and did not include sufficient funds to pay for outside counsel for Sipple. The cost of outside counsel for this case in FY 2011/2012 is expected to be approximately $6,000.00. Therefore, the City Attorney's Office requests the amount of $6,000 be added to its FY 2011/2012 budget. 1 RESOLUTION NO. 2 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO TO INCREASE THE CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE BUDGET BY 3 $6,000.00 TO PAY FOR OUTSIDE COUNSEL IN DONALD SIPPLE, ET AL., V. CITY OF ALAMEDA, ET AL., LOS ANGELES COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT, CASE NO. The City Attorney's Office FY 2011/2012 budget is hereby increased by 18 the amount of $6,000.00 for outside counsel. 19 SECTION 2.
