BUSINESS, SHOWS, EXHIBITIONS, AIID GMlES CONDUCTED OR CARRIED ON
IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, ArID FIXING THE PATE OF LICENSE
THEREFOR AND PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION THEREOF". ADOPTED ON
TliE 5th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1906.

The Mayor and Comnon Council of the City of San
Bernardino 40 ordain as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 322 of the City of' San
Bernardino entitled "An ordinance providing for the license of
business, shows, exhibitions, and games condu~ted or carried m
in the City of San Bernardino, and fixing the rate of license
therefor and providing for the collection thereof", adopted on
the 5th day of February, 1906,- is hereby amended by adding a
new Section thereto, to be known as Section 38a.
"Section 38~. Every person, firm, or corporation engaged
in conducting, managing, or carrying on a cleaning,' dyeing, or
clothes renovating busine'ss, per quarter $6.0011.
Section 2.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after thirty days after its passage and approval.
Section 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the
passage of this ordinance and cause the same to be published
for three consecutive days in The Evening Index.
I hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was
passed and adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of
San Bernardino at its meeting held on the j. 4~t day of April,
1912, by the following vote, to-wit:
