AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDI~ANCE NO. 474 ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE
CHANGING AND REESTABLISHING THE NAMES OF CERTAIN STREETS IN THE
CITY OFS~ BERNARDINO".

The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino do ordain as follows:
Section 1.
Section 9 of said ordinance is hereby
amended to read as follows:
.Section 9.
That the name of that certain public
street in the City of San Bernardino, extending from 7th Street
to Base Line, heretofore known as and cealed .Penn Street" shall
be changed to L street, and hereafter the name of said street
shall be L Street.-
Seotion 2.
Section 32 of said ordinance is hereby
amended to read as follows:
-Section 32.
The name of that certain public street
in the City of San Bernardino, extending from 7th street to 8th
Street, heretofore known as and, called "L Street" shall be
changed to Penn Street, and hereafter the name of 8aid street
shall be Penn 6treet~"
Section 3.
This ordinance s~ll take effect and be
in torce trom and after thirty (30) days after its adoption and
approval.
Section 4.
The City Clerk shall certify ta the
passage of the toregoing ordinance and cause the same to be
published for' three consecutive days in The Evening Index.
