The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
do orda4* as follows:

.Section 1. The grade of Pac i1'lc Street from the west
Bide of Ut. Vernon Avenue to the east line of the right of way
of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company is hereby
extablished in accordance with the fO.lowing elevations and grades.
At the northwest corner of Pacifica Street and Ut. Vernon
Avenue 1071.0 feet; at the southeast corner t<hereof,1070.6 feet. v'"
At a point in the north line of Pacific Street 558 feet
west of the west line ot' Mt. V'ernon Avenue 1074.58 feet.
At a paint in the south line of Paci1'1c Street asa feet
....est of" the west line of Mt. Vernon Avenue 1074.4. teet.

And at all points between said designated points, the
grade shall be and is hereby established so as to conform to a
traight line between said deSignated points.
All elevations refer to the top of the curb, are infee~,
nd are aoove a plane which is 1045.28 feet below City Bench
~ark as established by Ordinance Number 383 of the City of San

Section 2. All brdinances or parts of ordinances in
2 conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

Section 3. This ordinanae shall take effect and be in
4
force from and after thirty days ~fter its passage and approval
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
5
6 of this ordinance and cause the same to be published for three
7 consecutive days in The Evening Index.
8 I hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was duly
9 passed and adopted by the V~yor and Common Council of the City
of San Bernardino at a re~llar meeting thereof held on the
