The :Mayor and common Council of the Ci~Y of San
Bernardino do ordain as follows:-
Section 1. That the names of those certain public
~
streets in the city of San Bernardino, extending from 'Tenth
street northward to Thirteenth street heretofore known and
called stoddard street, Jefferson street, and Fussell street,

shall be changed to stoddard Avenue, and hereafter the name of
said streets shall be Stoddard Avenue.

Section 2.
This Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its adoption, approval and publica-
tion as provided by law.
Section 3.
The city Clerk shall certify to the
passage of the foregoing ordinance and cause the same to be
pu?lished for three consecutive days in The Evening Index.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
adopted by the Mayor and cammon council of the City of San
Bernardino, at its meeting held on the I I./' day of ~
