The Kayor and Common Council of the City of San Bern~rd1no do ordain as tollowa: Section 1. Every waGon. DUggYt carriage. cart. or other vehicle drawn or propelled by animals attached thereto, while in use in the public streets of the City of San Bernardino, during the period from' one hour atter sunset to one hour befate sunrise of any day, shall be provided with a lamp showing light visible within a reasonable distance in the direction toward which said vehicle i9 proce~ding, which said light shall also be visible within a reasonable distance in the reverse direction. Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviotion thereof shall be punished by a fine not exoeeding Twenty-F1 ve Dollars ($25.00), or by impri 90nment in the Oi ty Jail for not exceeding Ten (10) days, or by both such fine and Imprison- mente Seotion 3. All ordinances or parts et ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Se ction 4.
