SEC:TION II.
The Evening Index is hereby designated as the

dail~r newspaper published and circulated in the Ci ty of San Ber-
nardino, in v;hich this Ordinance shall be published.
'rhe City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this

Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published ~ in the
-said ETening Index by insertions thereof in three (3) consecutive
issues of the said Ev.ening";o.Index.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
adopted by the M~aybr and Common Council of the City of San Ber-
