The 1~ayor and Common Council of the City of San Ber-
nardino do hereby ordain as follows:
BEG'T I 01T I.
The width of the sidewalk on Sycamore Street
from the South line of Bellview Avenue to the North line of
Central Avenue in said city, shall be of a width of Ten (10)
feet measured from the property line to the ifuter line of the
curb on either side of the street, and the cement walk to be
laid therein shall have a width of Four (4) feet and shall be
laid Eighteen (18) inches :from the property line.
SEG'TION II.
The San Bernardino Daily Sun is hereby desig-
nated as the daily newspaper published and circulated in the City
of San Bernardino, in which this Ordinance shall be published.
The City Clerk shall eertif~r to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the sarne to be published in the said
San Bernardino Daily Sun by insertions thereof in three (3) con-
secutive issues of the said San Bernardino Daily Sun.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
adopted by the J~ayor and Common Council of the City of San Ber-
nardino at its meeting held on the /&__ day o~ April, 1913, by
the following vote, to-wit:
