AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE ROADWAY OF C STREET FROM THE,
NORTH LINE OF THIRD STREET TO `! Imo; NORTH LINE 0'7 NIN"'H `VTR ,_ET.
WHEREAS , the roadway of C Street sometimes called Arr
head Avenue , from. the North line of Third Street to t',z.e
north line of Ninth Street has been fully constructed
to the Satisfaction of the Superintendent of Streets of
the City of San Bernardino and of the Mayor and Com-
mon Council of said City and isin good condition through-
out and a sewer , gas pipes and water pipes laid there-
in ;
NOW, T 1E AFORE The yayor and Common+ Council of �h e
City of San Bernardino do ordain as follows
Section I.
That the entire roadway of said C Street
sometimes called Arrowhead Avenue , including the
curbing , f r can 1-he North line of Third Street to the North
line of Yinth Street be and the same is hereby accepted
in accordance with Section XX of the Act entitled " An
Act to provide for work upon streets ,� lanes , alleys,
Courts , places and sidewalks, and for the construction
of sewers within municipalities" I approved March 18,
1885.
Section II.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after thirty (30) days after its adoption
and approval
Section III.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of the foregoing ordinance and cause the same to be publlsh-
