Superintendent of Streets of the City of San Bernardino

,in good condition. throughout and a sewer, gas pipes and water
pipes laid therein ;

Section I~That the entire roadway of said E Street
ind1udine; the. curbihg f.rom the WEEt Iforth line of Fourth
Street to the;,~outh,: line. of lTinth Street be and the same
is hereby accEtpted. in accordance with Section XX of the

approved March 18 , 1885 .
Section II. This ordinance shall take effect and be

adoption and approval.
Section III. The City Clerk shall certify to the pass-
age of the foregoing o~nance and cause the same to be
published
for three consecutive days in The Evening
Index.
