The lkyor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino, do ordain as follows:
Section I.
Ordinance No. 319 of the City of San Ber-
nardino, entit.1ed /IAn ordinance regulating billiard rOOlllS arc ICr1-
rooms wi thin the City of S?l'1 :6erna:-dino", a.:p:proved and adopted the
5th da.y of February, 1906, is hereby amended by,adding thereto a
new section to "be knovm l:?oS Section 6t.
Section 5t. It sl'lz.11 be unlawful for any person, firm
or corporation to keep oDen any public billiard table or room, OT
any public p001 table ,or room, or to :perDi t cmy bi11ie:-d garne or
pool game to be nlayed, ca:-ried on, or engaged in', on or in such
public billiard table or roon or pool table or room, within the
City of San Bernardino, between the hours of twelve o'clock
midnight and six o'clock in the ~orning of the succeeding clay.
Section II.

This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its "doption and approval and publi cation :;).f:j
required by law.
Section III. The City Clerk slw,11 certify to the passa&~
of the fo:'~egoing ordinance and cause the sp.:-')e to 'be publiohed for
three consecutive days in the Eve~ing Index.
