STAFF REPORT
SUBJECT:
An approval by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino, California
adopting a Resolution establishing the schedule of fees for the Crime Free Rental Housing
Program.
BACKGROUND:
On May 16,2011, the Mayor and Common Council approved a mandatory Crime-Free Housing
program and directed staff to establish fees to cover the cost of administering the program
consisting of a training class and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design inspections.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
No financial impact to the general fund.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the matter be continued to July 18, 20 II.
