ORDINANCE
An ordinance establishing the grade of Belleview Avenue
fJ from the East side. of Mt. Vernon Avenue to the West side of
"K" Street in the City Of San Bernardino.
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
do ordain as follows:
SECTION I.
The grade of Belleview Avenue from the East side of Mt.
Vernon Avenue to the Wes~ side of "K" Street is hereby
established in accordance with the following elevations ~nd
grades:
At the South-east corner of the intersect ion of Mt.
Vernon and Belleview Avenues the grade shall be 1072.3~'
at the North-east corner of the intersection of said Mt.Vernon

At the North-west corner of the intersection of Giavanola

SECTION II.

are hereby repealed.
SECTION III.
This -C;rdblance shall take effect and be in force from and

The City Clerk shall cert ify to the passage of this
ordinance and cause the same to be published for three consecutive
days in The Evening Index.
