An Ordinance establishing the grade of Mayfield Avenue
from the North side of Eighth Street to the South side of Tenth
Street in the City of San Bernardino.
The Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
do ordain as follows:
SECTION I.
The grade of Mayfield Avenue from the North side of Eighth
Street to the South side of Tenth Street is hereby established
in accordance with the following elevations and grades:-
At the North-west corner of the intersection of Eighth
Street and Mayfield Avenue the grade shall be 1068.83.
At the North-east corner of the intersection of said Eighth
Street and Mayfield Avenue the grade shall be 1068.57 t::
At the South-west corner of the intersection of Ninth
.street and Mayfield Avenue the grade shall be 1075.82:-:
At the"south-east c orner of the intersect ion of said Ninth
street and Mayfield Avenue the grade shall be 1075.48;:~' '0
At the North-west corner of the intersection of said Ninth
Street and ~ayfield Avenue the grade shall be 1076.26. .
At the North-east corner of the intersection of said Ninth
Street and Mayfield Avenue the grade shall be 1075.84.:'
At the South-west corner of the intersection of Tenth
street and Mayfield Avenue the grade shall be 1080.76.'
At the South-east corner the intersection of said Tenth Street
and MayfieldAvenue the grade shall be 1080.18..: .
And at all point~etween said designated points, the grade
shall be and hereby established so as to confo~ ~b a straight
line drawn between said designated points.

SECT ION II.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION III.
!his ordin~ce shall take effect and be in force from and
after thirty days atter its passa.ge and approval.

The City Clerk., shall cert if'y to the passage of th1.tJ
ordinance and,(cause the same to be published for three consecutive
days in The Evening Index.
