An ordinance establishing the grade of Allen Street from
Thi:cd Street to Mill street in the City of San Bernardino.

SECT ION I.
That the grade of Allen Street from Third Street to Mill
Street is hereby established in accordance with the following
elevations and grades:
At the South-west corner of the intersection of l'hi:cd

Street and Allen Street the grade shall be 1025.2.
At the South-east corner of the intersection of said Third
Street and Allen Street the grade slmll be 1025.4.
At the North-west corner of the intersection of Bryant
street and Allen Street the grade shall be 1024.8j at the South-
west corner of the intersection of said Bryant Street and Allen
Street the grade shall be 1024.7; at the l\forth-east corner of
the intersection of said Bryant Street and Allen Street the grade
shal:!- be 1025.0; at the South-east corner of the intersection of
said Bryant street and Allen Street the grade shall be 1024.9.
At the l\forth-west corner of the intersection of Secon,d
Street and Allen street the grade shall be 1024.3; at the lTorth-
east corner of the intersection of said Second street and Allen
Street the grade slmll be 1024.5; at the South-west corner of
the inte:ceect ion of'said Second Street and Allen Street the
grade shall be 1024.0; at the South-east corner of' the intersec-
tion of said Second Street and Allen Street the grade shall
be 1024.2.
At the North-west cornejo' of the intersection of Daley Street
and Allen Street the gra.de shull be 1022.92; at the South-west

At a point in the West line of Allen street 2600 feet South

At the North-west corner of the intersection of Mill Street
and Allen street the grade shall be 1008.3.

And at all points between said designated points, the grade
shall pe and is hereby established so as to conform to a straight
line drawn between said designated points.
All elevatione refer to the top of the curb, are in feet
and are above a plane which is 1045.28 feet below City Bench
Mark as established by Ordinance 383 of' the City of SE:.l1 Bern8.1'c1ino.
SECTION II.
All ordinances or }jC!.r-ts of ordinances in conflict hel'evri th
are hereby repealed.

SECTION III.
This ordinance shall take effect and lJ8 in 1'o1'c8 frof;1 and
after thirty days after its passage and approval.

The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance
