!he Kayor and Common Council of the Oity of Ban Ber-
nardino do ordain as follo..:
SlIC'lIOlT I.
!hat the grade of Kendall Avenue from 8econd street
to Third Street i. hereby established in accordance with the
following elevation. and grad..:
At the northwest corner of the intersection of Second
street and Kendall Avenue the grade shall be 1065.25;
At the northeast corner of the intersection of said
Second Street and Kendall Avenue the grade shall be 1065.0;
At the southwest corner of the intersection of Third
street and K13ndall Avenue the grade shall be 1070.07;
At the southeast corner of the intersection of said
Third Street and Kendall Avenue the grade shall be 1070.42.
And at all points between said designated points, the
grade shall be and is hereby established so as to conform
to a straight line between said designated points.
All elevations refer to the top of the curb. are in feet
and are above a plane Which is 1045.28 feet below City Bench
Mark as established by Ordinance No. ~28 of the Oity of San
Bernardino.
