street, i'., the City of San Bernaraino, state of California,
And Repealing Ordinance No. 79.
The Board of Trustees o~ the city of San Bernardino do
ordain as folloWS:
Section 1. The grade of D Street, from the ce~er line
of First street to the north siae of Tenth stred, is hereby
establishea as folloWS, using bench marl< on sout]~,,'cst corner
of water table of Katz Building on 'Ihird Street, elevation
1044.5 feet.

Second and D streets, 1031.3
Elevation of the intersection of the center lines of

fixed by this Ordinance, shall be of uniform ascent or

descent, as shown by the e;rade ffi8..p 1\ by the city Engineer and
on file in his office.
'fhe curbs of said street shall be ten inches higher than
the averae;e of the gutter grrtdes.
Sec. 2. All Orclinances or parts of Ordinances in con-
f1ict herewith are hereby repealed.
