The Board of Trustees of the City of San Bernar~ino do
ordain as follows:
Section 1.The grade of Eighth street~ froD the east
side of C Stre'3t to the center line of I street, is hel'e))y
es'-:.ablished ac;, follows, using bench mark on the south-
west corner of water table of Katz Building on Third
street, elevation 1044.5.
Elevation of the intersection of the center lines of

Elevation of the intersection of the center lines of

The curbs along e~'tCh side of said street shall be ten
inches higher than the average of the gutter grades~
Sec. 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This Ordinance shall take efect imnediately.
