Accepting Third Street.
The Board of Trustees of tt.G Ci t~r of SaD Bernardino do
ordain as follows:
Section 1. Al L that portion of Third Street from tlle
western property line of C Street to the eRstern property
line of D street having been heretofore fully constructed to
the satisfaction of the Superintendent of Stre;;ts and of
the ooard of Trustees of said city ann in good condi tinn
throughout, and a sewer, gas p~and water pipes laid
therein under regulations heretofore adopted by the sald
Board of Trustees the said portion of said street is here1?y
accepted by said Board of Trustees under the provisinns of
an act of the Legislatnre of the State of ea lifornia COI'lI'lOn":'
ly known as the Vrooman Act.
