ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REPEALING
CHAPTERS 2.24 (CENTRAL CITY PARKING PLACE COMMISSION), 2.42
(COMMUNITY TELEVISION COMMISSION), 2.19 (YOUTH ADVISORY
COMMISSION), AND 2.27 (SANTA ANA RIVER TRAIL COMMISSION) OF THE
SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE.

WHEREAS, certain commissions have, over the years, been inactive for various

reasons; and

WHEREAS, in some cases the programs to be overseen by such commissions
8
have been terminated; and
9

WHEREAS, in other cases the responsibilities of such inactive commissions

have been assumed by other governmental entities; and

WHEREAS, in other cases the responsibilities of such inactive commissions can
]3
be assumed by other appropriate active groups; and

WHEREAS, in other cases the responsibilities of such inactive commissions can
]5
be assumed by an ad hoc committee, should the need arise.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN

BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Chapter 2.24 (Central City Parking Place Commission) of the San
19
Bernardino Municipal Code is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. Chapter 2.42 (Community Television Commission) of the San
21
22
Bernardino Municipal Code is hereby repealed.
23
SECTION 3. Chapter 2.19 (Youth Advisory Commission) of the San Bernardino
24
Municipal Code is hereby repealed.

SECTION 4. Chapter 2.27 (Santa Ana River Trail Commission) of the San Bernardino

Municipal Code is hereby repealed.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was duly adopted by the Mayor
