The Mayor and Comnon Council of the City of San
Bernardino., d.o ordain as follows:
Ordinance No. 304 of the City of qixn Bernardino,
entit~ d "~Ordinance regulating the business of
manufacturing, selling, disposing of, furnishing a..'1d
giving away liquors wi thin the Oi ty of San Bernardino,
imposing municipal license therefor; and providing the
manner of issuing and collecting the same; ; p rescrib...

r~lation to such business, and fixing the penalty

day of Mar;, 1905, is amended to read as follows:

Section VIII of said Orm nance is herehy
amended to read as follows:
No person engaged in selling any
spirituous, vinous, ma.lt or any other into~icating
li.quors in any restaurant, hotel or eating house,
in the City of San Bernardino, shall sell furnish,
or give away any such liquor to be delivered or used,
or that shall be delivered or used, in any stall , boeth
side room, back room or upper room J in the same or ad-
joining building, connected to Or used with such res-
taurant J hotel or eating house; and no person eng~ed

exclusively for a store-room.
Section III.
A new Section is hereby adrled to said Ordinance
No. 304, ~hich said section shall be Section 8 1/2 and aha

Section U.
This Oriinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after thirty days after its adoption
and at)proval .
Section VI.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this Ordinance and cause the Sallle to be printed and
publish 00 three consecutive days in the Daily aTimes
Index .
