THE CITY OF SM{ BERNARDINO, IMPOSING M~IIUI?AL
LICENSE THEREFOR; AND PROVIDING TP~ N~lmER OF ISJUING
AND COLLECTING THE SAME; PRESCRIBING THE DUTIES
OF CERTAIN OFl,'ICERS OF SAID CITY , IN RELATION. TO
SUCH BUSINESS AND B'IXING THE PENALITY' OF ITS

The Mayor ani Common Council of the City of
San Bernardino do ordain as follows:
Section I: Section Four of Ordinance No.
304 , of the City of San Bernardino, entitled · .An
Ordinance Regulating the Business of Manufacturing J
Selling, Disposing of , FUI11ishing and Giving Arvay
Liquors Within the City of San Bernardino , imposing
Municipal License therefor; and providinG the
manner of issuing and collecting the same; Prescrib-
ing the Duties of certain Officers of Said City,
in Relation to su"h Business and Fixing the Penalty
of its Violation.. Approved l..n th~th. day of May,

4.u.., IV-The rates of license herein provided for shall be
as follows:
First: For every restaurant, hotel, Or eating
house where any spirituous ,vinous ,malt or other
intoxicating liquors are sold, or furnished with and
as a part of bona fide meals, and wbere no bar is kep~
