Standard Agreement with California State University.
Recommended motion:
That a finding be made that the installation of
traffic Signals at University Parkway and Northpark
Boulevard is needed for health and safety reasons.

STAFF REPORT
Traffic through the intersection of University Parkway
and. Northpark Boulevard is presently controlled by a rather
unusual three-way stop . Extensive development has occurred
over the past few years in the general area. The volume of
traffic on University Parkway and Northpark Boulevard has
increased dramatically due to the impact of this development,
and additional enrollment at the university.
Unacceptable delays are being experienced by motorists
that travel through this intersection. Traffic signals are
needed to assign right of way to approaching vehicles and
reduce delays.
We recommend that a finding be made that the installation
of traffic signals is needed for health and safety reasons.
