A map showing the proposed parking restrictions is attached for reference. TO ESTABLISH A NO PARKING ANY TIME ZONE ON SECOND 4 STREET, BETWEEN MERIDIAN AVENUE AND DALLAS STREET; DALLAS STREET BETWEEN THE SOUTHERN END OF DALLAS STREET AND SECOND STREET; 5 MERIDIAN AVENUE BETWEEN THE SOUTH LINE OF SECOND ~TREET AND A POINT 535 FEET SOUTHERLY THEREOF, APPLICABLE TO THE EAST SIDE 6 ONL Y . 7 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS: 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 SECTION 1 : Resolution No. 3985 which prohibits parking upon certain designated streets or portions thereof, Section One, Subsection (27.2) SECOND STREET is amended by adding the following to read: (g) Between Meridian Avenue and Dallas Street SECTION 2.
