This proposed subdivision adjoins the boundaries of Assessment District No. 982 which is already established for the same purposes and it is the purpose of this action to amend the boundaries of the district by expanding same to include the new Tract which will also receive a benefit from the landscaping already in place within the existing District. By expanding the boundaries of the District, the overall assessments to the existing property owners will be reduced. The si gna tures affixed to the referenced peti ti on have been checked and found to represent the owners of 100 percent of the area of the property lying within the proposed expanded area liable to be assessed for the proposed maintenance. The developer wi 11 be requi red to up-front the cost of the proceedi ngs for the expansion of the District. 75-0264 00> NN ~ - \ \- a .. \C\ _ ,. v -::.. --~....., II '" \ II II .,. \ -{ . .. ,J ''I.,. 1~ lL I' -11 ol.
