JOINT REGULAR MEETING
MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
AND THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO

S 1. Discuss and take action to appoint Commission members to the Board of
Directors of the San Bernardino Economic Development Corporation, Inc.; and
to approve the Hunts Lane grade separation crossing in an estimated amount
equal to $4,500,000 as a Third Ward project to be included in Exhibit "A" to
the Project Funding Agreement approved on March 4, 2011.

MOTION A: That Commission members
and
be appointed to the Board of Directors of the San
Bernardino Economic Development Corporation, Inc.,
and that the names of said Commission members be
inserted into Resolution No. CDC/2011-8 as approved on
March 4, 2011.
MOTION B: That the Hunts Lane grade separation crossing in an
estimated amount equal to $4,500,000 as a Third Ward
project to be included in Exhibit "A" to the Project
Funding Agreement approved on March 4, 2011 be
approved.
MOTION: That said motions A and B be approved.
